Dr Pamela Hill opened her Fredericksburg Salon & Spa, 2002, Then Healthy Hair Care Hair Loss Center, 2017 and now Healthy Hair Care Beauty Academy 2021. Located at 9241 Courthouse Rd, Spotsylvania VA 22553

The school is well organized for the student’s needs. Our entrance includes the Cosmetology clinical area and waiting area. There are stations for patrons and mannequin services.

Our classroom and office area are in the next room along with the break room and bathroom. The administration office area is always accessible and open to student conferences. The Academy & Salon is a 2000 square foot air-conditioned and modern facility accessible by public transportation.

Curriculum
We offer the basic training needed to pass the Board of Cosmetology Examination. In our 1500 Hours, the student will learn the fundamentals of being a professional Cosmetologist.

We do offer CEU classes starting at 150 dollars and you receive 3 to 6 hours per class please call for more information.
